We are seeking an experienced Marine Construction Foreman / Heavy Equipment Operator to lead field crews while remaining actively involved in day-to-day marine construction operations.
This is a hands-on foreman position for someone who is comfortable leading a crew and climbing into the equipment when needed. A major part of the role involves operating excavators from barges, so experience working around water, barges, tides, currents, and changing site conditions is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate comes from a marine construction, heavy civil, waterfront, pile driving, or similar construction background and knows how to safely get work done in challenging field conditions.
What You'll Do
$65,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience.
Compensation will be based primarily on marine construction leadership experience, heavy equipment operating ability, and experience operating equipment from barges.
