The Marine Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing marine engines, electrical systems, and boat components. This position works closely with an experienced team to provide high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair marine engines and boat systems
Perform preventative maintenance and routine service work
Troubleshoot mechanical, fuel, and electrical issues
Install and service marine accessories and electronics
Complete engine rigging, setup, and installation work
Diagnose and repair 12-volt electrical systems
Use service manuals, diagnostic equipment, and technical resources
Maintain accurate repair documentation
Follow shop safety procedures and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Required Qualifications
Previous technician experience in marine, RV, powersports, automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, or a related industry
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience diagnosing mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Marine or outboard engine experience
Experience with 12-volt electrical systems
Fuel system and engine diagnostic experience
Technical school or manufacturer training
Boat rigging and electronics installation experience
