Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the import ocean freight supply chain from origin to final destination, ensuring compliance with delivery times.
• Confirm rate terms and coordinate operational tracking with overseas agents and shipping lines.
• Verify and validate ocean freight documentation (HBL, MBL, packing lists, commercial invoices), ensuring compliance with legal requirements, local customs regulations, and client instructions.
• Provide up-to-date status updates on shipments to internal and external clients, handling requests, updates, or claims in a timely manner.

Your Profile

• Education: Technical, Technology, or Professional degree in international trade or related fields
• Experience: At least 2 years in ocean import operations.
• Specific Knowledge: International trade, ocean import processes, cargo handling and supply chain processes, customer service management, and complaints and claims.
