Our Client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Mark Logic Technical Lead for their Hartford¸ CT/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of project components.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of NoSQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Manage Mark Logic Administration tasks, ensuring systems are maintained and updated according to best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the integrity and security of data systems.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
  • Possess extensive experience in NoSQL database management and administration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Mark Logic Administration, with a strong understanding of system architecture and functionality.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have a proven track record of successful project management in a hybrid work environment.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of database management.
  • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate and address challenges effectively.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
