Market Coordinator

We are a dynamic and fast-growing company in the financial auto industry, focused on delivering results and building strong relationships in our local markets. We're seeking a smart, resourceful, and highly organized Market Coordinator to support our regional operations and marketing initiatives.

The Market Coordinator drives dealer engagement and captures business in the subprime auto finance market. The MC is responsible for timely dealer communication, deal review, credit verification, and follow-up to maximize approvals while ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the queue and respond to dealer submissions promptly.
• Contact dealers within 15 minutes of application receipt to discuss approvals, counteroffers, and required documentation.
• Make consistent attempts to reach dealers using all available phone numbers and email, documenting all interactions clearly.
• Submit exceptions for deals outside standard guidelines using the approved template, escalating to management as needed.
• Assist with pre-verification of stipulations.
• Maintain accurate records of call activity, deal submissions, and approvals in accordance with commission and incentive programs.

Qualifications:

• Strong dealer communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of subprime auto finance preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
