Market Development Director – Home Solutions

Position requirements::

MarkResponsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic outreach plan to target key community organizations and healthcare referral sources within assigned market to include senior living communities, hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, rehab departments, surgery centers, ortho clinics, Home Health and Hospice agencies, Elder Law Attorneys, Estate Planners, community groups and senior resources, and others appropriate to assure and assist with growing referrals to Legacy Home Care & Wellness and Legacy Better at Home.
• Establish new and ongoing relationships with targeted accounts and referral sources identified in individualized Marketing Pathway to increase referrals and achieve business growth goals
• Prepare and conduct professional presentations, public speaking engagement, and In-services to organizations and groups where prospective clients and/or referral sources can be reached or influenced
• Attend networking events, conferences, and other community activities to promote Legacy Home Care &Wellness and Legacy Better at Home. Events and activities include health fairs, presentations and seminars at senior centers, food banks, churches, senior living facilities, Alzheimer’s/Dementia Associations, as well as various other community and senior organizations
• Educate referral sources on the benefits and services offered by Legacy Home Care and Wellness, Legacy Better at Home, as well as all integrated programs available through Legacy Healthcare Services
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns, as well as engage in social media promotions via professional sites such as LinkedIn
• Assist with patient-care intake and coordination of services as needed
• Use contact management system to track and report on activity as well as monitor account development status and plan next steps; reviews reports and activity with supervisor on weekly basis.
• Rotate on-call responsibilities—the ability to take call after hours—with other staff as needed
• Support and grow the Home Solutions services by keeping abreast of industry and community trends and referral opportunities
Key Performance Expectations
• Achieve established performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to referral growth and admissions.
• Maintain required levels of sales and market development activity to support organizational growth objectives.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and complete documentation of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM.

Pay Range: USD $75,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
