We’re hiring a Market Development Representative (MDR) to be a steady, high-impact presence in the field, someone who thrives on conversation, stays consistent through repetition, and builds trust over time.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new opportunities through high-volume calls, email, and in-person outreach
- Build familiarity within your territory and stay visible with local businesses
- Identify decision-makers and understand how their current systems are performing
- Set qualified meetings for senior sales representatives
- Track activity and manage leads in CRM system
Who You Are
- 1 year + in sales, customer-facing and fast-paced work or comparable hands-on experience
- Comfortable starting conversations with new people every day
- Organized, consistent, and process-oriented
- Persistent and comfortable working through rejection
- Self-directed and comfortable managing your day in the field
- Confident using basic sales and communication tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
