Tampa, FL. 15-35 years experience. Operations and design leader for Educational clients: K-12, Higher Education, Independent Schools. Reports to Market Leader. Hands-on role including project execution, resource planning, financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategic, operational, and growth initiatives for Educational market in Tampa
- Oversee daily operations — projects on time, budget, scope, design excellence
- Provide architectural leadership and oversight for design outcomes and documentation
- Lead resource planning aligning talent to Educational and public-sector needs
- Manage financial metrics: revenue forecasts, backlog, utilization, profitability
- Support business development: proposals, interviews, pursuit planning, client relationships
- Serve as trusted partner for school districts, universities, independent schools
- Drive operational consistency, QA/QC, continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Architecture (accredited), Registered Architect required
- 15+ years progressive experience in architecture including leadership
- Demonstrated depth delivering Educational projects (K-12, Higher Ed)
- Master's or advanced certification preferred
- Additional public-sector experience (municipal, civic, justice) preferred
