Kares Management is seeking a Marketing Field Support to assist with day-to-day sales activities including visits and administrative tasks for their designated market. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the InterSolutions products and client base.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support the process of generating and following up with qualified leads, promoting and selling InterSolutions.

Visit 100 properties per week and drop off marketing materials.

Follow up with properties by phone or email as needed.

Provide customer service to clients as needed.

Coordinate with operations team to fill open orders.

Document all visits in Zenople.

Update property contact information within Zenople and Smart Apartment Data as needed.

Attend trade shows as requested by management.

Assist with recruiting as needed.

Participate and present in weekly sales and market calls.

Carry out all assigned duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.

Education Requirements/Qualifications:

Deep understanding of property management industry operations and personnel management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-starter with ability to manage projects/activities.

Must hold a valid driver s license and self-insured vehicle.
