  • Insight Capture: Extract value from every conversation by asking the right questions and documenting findings that support sales pipeline growth.
  • Territory Management: Own a specific geographic or market segment and be accountable for driving intelligence and pre-sales activity in that region.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure lead quality, market alignment, and seamless handoffs.
  • Social Selling: Leverage social media and digital platforms to engage with prospects and promote thought leadership.

Desired Credentials:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1\u20132 years of experience in a pre-sales, business development, inside sales, or market research role (internships considered)
  • Business aviation experience or interest strongly preferred
  • Exceptional verbal communication and phone presence
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead generation tools
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
  • Curious and relentless in pursuit of actionable information and opportunity
