Lead development of market intelligence through the design, development and delivery of information, reports and projects that improve internal knowledge and accurately inform decision making. Develop and deploy effective methods to monitor relevant market trends, competitive threats, and market data. Gather information on competitors, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution. Discover, interpret and communicate qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights and determine conclusions relying on knowledge of business and functional frameworks. Partner with segment teams on developing strategies and forming decisions that impact business performance by converting insights into clear scenarios, implications, and recommended actions. Develop, research, and leverage internal and external knowledge networks, including competitor’s product data, trends, and positioning to build a comprehensive view of complex markets. Lead efforts to understand market drivers and historical behaviors to build segment-specific forecasts as part of the strategic planning process and key initiatives. Manage collection and analysis of data on stakeholder preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. Deploy advanced analytical skills, including market modeling, forecasting models, framework development, and data visualization, to translate complex signals into clear plausible futures and repeatable decision frameworks. Perform comprehensive and complex market analysis to expand knowledge of markets, analyze findings to identify trends and develop a coherent and comprehensive view of market conditions, and summarize relevant insights by condensing, prioritizing, and translating how these impact the business. Apply deep knowledge of off‑highway equipment market and regulations that govern them to assess how evolving standards would impact off‑road technology development and product offerings to anticipate market shifts towards alternative technology adoption. Utilize knowledge of Regulatory & Environmental acumen to evaluate off road regulatory trends, emissions standards, and evolving environmental requirements. Champion a culture of intelligence gathering, insight generation, and value added support. Establish cadences, service levels, and transparent metrics for timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness. Execute market forecasting by analyzing and interpreting market data from a variety of sources and modeling to formulate unbiased market projections specific to business segment. Identify department issues, problems and opportunities to support continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Six Sigma tools and techniques including Pareto charts, Fishbone diagrams, and Mekko charts. Anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, ensuring advancement of the business’ goals. Positions require a Master’s degree in Business Management, Business Analytics or Marketing, or related field and 3 years of experience as a Market Specialist or Analyst, Compliance or Technical Specialist, or related position.
