We help support Vestas North Americas strategy through market knowledge, partnerships, and curiosity. Our team brings together market, policy, data analytics, and economics knowledge to deliver useful insights, tools, and project management support across all areas of the North American business unit. We support areas including Turbine & Service Sales, Public Affairs, Product Strategy, Supply Chain, and Operations. As a cross-functional, collaborative team, we meet the diverse challenges and opportunities that shape the clean energy market.
Responsibilities
Serve as go to person for market insights; provide market overviews and updates to internal and external audiences.
Manage Vestas North America forecasting deliverables including the Total Market Forecast for onshore wind and the 5-year turbine sales outlook in collaboration with the Sales Operations team. Manage the data underpinning the forecasts and manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the process.
Data Analysis, Visualization, and Continuous Improvement
Serve as the internal expert on external data sources relevant to the Wind Industry by maintaining an opinion on the most reliable data source that Vestas should use for different purposes, maintaining relationships with external organizations to develop deep understanding of external firms assumptions and conclusions.
