They provide support, communication, and accountability while partnering with the Regional Manager to ensure their market operates smoothly and reflects Bella Baby's standards and core values.

• Escalate operational challenges before they impact hospital service.

• Maintain regular communication with assigned hospitals.

• Address routine concerns within your scope.
• Escalate significant hospital concerns to the Regional Manager.

• Communicate updates, expectations, and company initiatives clearly.
• Share important operational information with photographers in a timely manner.
• Partner with the Regional Manager to ensure alignment across the market.
• Maintain proactive communication regarding staffing, hospital needs, and team concerns.
