Role Summary:
The CBI Market Leader is responsible for the comprehensive strategy, staffing, business development and project delivery to drive Workplace Solutions success within a defined geographical Market, and to contribute to overall CBI success as a value-added member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the strategy for their Market to achieve the mission of the Company
  • Attract, retain, deploy and develop (organize, activate & motivate) the team to accomplish the mission
  • Revenue (and Clean Gross Profit) generation to meet or exceed the objective
  • Execution - operational plan to deliver and control the business
  • Financial Management of all the resources within their domain, including but not limited to budget, staff, facilities, assets etc.
  • Maintain and foster excellent trust and working relationships with our major manufacturing partners.
  • Develop and maintain visibility and relationships with key coalition members.
  • Selective participation in and impact to community and industry organizations
  • Ability to be effective in performance objective setting, management and coaching
  • Compliance with all company policies
  • Manage total business results - from initial opportunity identification - through pursuit - to sales closure - and through delivery of the project.
  • Operational execution - ability to deliver
  • Accurate sales and P&L forecasting
