Job Summary And ResponsibilitiesThe Market Manager of Imaging Services manages the application of diagnostic imaging technology and regulatory standards for the St. Rose Dominican Hospital system. Reporting to the Nevada Market Director of Radiology and Diagnostic, you will:Adopt, develop and apply policies, protocols and procedures to measure and improve the quality of diagnostic imaging services provided by different departments and improve customer satisfaction.Manage personnel through performance management, qualified staff selection and training, and effective communication. Lead three direct reports and a staff of approximately 190 FTEs.Manage the safety of diagnostic imaging service activities and create a safe environment for patients, staff and the public.Approximately 10% travel within the market.Job RequirementsMinimum Education And ExperienceBachelor's Degree or a combination of education and/or additional imaging-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degreeThree (3) years of diagnostic imaging experienceTwo (2) years of experience managing/supervising in a related imaging fieldLicensure And CertificationsBasic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR) upon hireRegistered Technologist Radiography ARRT (RTR) upon hire, orCertified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) upon hire, orRegistered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) upon hireKnowledge, Skills, Abilities And TrainingComplex, abstract problem solving capabilities to maintain system-wide functionsPreferred ExperienceFive (5) years of diagnostic imaging experienceThree (3) years of experience managing/supervising in a related imaging fieldDemonstrated experience in a complex hospital, acute care, trauma center or stroke centerKnowledge and oversight of multiple imaging modalities (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, etc)Relocation assistance will be provided if applicable.Pay Range$49.78 - $74.05 /hour#J-18808-Ljbffr
