Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or another technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in market management, product management, business development, or industrial marketing.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across engineering, operations, quality, sales, and executive leadership teams.
