Market Manager (Merchandising) - South Florida

Position Summary Territory: South Florida (Ocala south through Orlando, Tampa, Fort Myers, Sarasota, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and the Florida Keys as business needs require) The Market Manager is responsible for the successful execution of merchandising projects throughout the assigned South Florida market. This position leads field teams, manages client relationships, recruits and develops merchandising talent, and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to client expectations. As the owner of the South Florida market, the Market Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a reliable workforce, supporting business growth, and serving as the primary operational leader for assigned clients within the territory. This is a hands-on leadership position that regularly works alongside Project Specialists while directing field operations.
