<\/p>

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Work with Marketing to implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital print, and social media.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Meets or exceeds assigned sales goals.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Develops critical success factors for new customer acquisition; responsible for negotiating and closing business to ensure targets are achieved.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Develops and maintains a network in the community to enhance product visibility and to build a strong referral source for new potential business.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Actively pursues business through outside sales calls and networking activities.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Responsible for identifying new business opportunities to improve the company’s profitability.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, management, or a similar field preferred.
    3+ years of management or related experience.<\/span>
    <\/span>Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.<\/span>
    <\/span>Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast -paced environment.<\/span>
    <\/span>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools.<\/span><\/p>

    Experience working in the spirits industry.<\/span>
