Job Description
Market Manager - Staffing & Talent Acquisition (Tampa)
Your will own your own client/customer portfolio while driving sales and revenue growth.
Consult customers on iMPact Business Group as a strategic staffing specialist and drive brand awareness.
You will be responsible for identifying and closing new opportunities through your knowledge of the Tampa market (geography, top employers, competitors, and desired skill sets).
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline
- Minimum two years outside sales in the Tampa Market with success in exceeding objectives.
- Ability to provide strategic staffing solutions while acting as a true consultative partner to clients/potential clients.
- Able to set priorities, schedule day's events, make cold calls, prepare and give formal presentations.
- Able to manage multiple concurrent tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Team player, able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
