Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. Represents a positive bank image through community engagement. Accountable for responsive, compliant, and confidential delivery of service to customers, including leading business development efforts. Responsible for the profitability, growth and risk management of a loan portfolio. Works closely with team, other bank divisions, and bank leadership to develop, monitor, and achieve branch and regional goals.
In this position, 50% to 60% of an applicants performance will be measured on emphasis and outcomes related to business development, with the remaining balance of performance based on portfolio management, continuing education/training, leadership/community involvement or other special projects as assigned.
