What You'll Do

• Own the market — full accountability for the community bank's balance sheet, income statement, and loan portfolio
• Lead the team — direct supervision of Loan Officers, Loan Assistants, CSRs, and tellers
• Drive growth — expand retail and commercial market share through strategic lending and relationship development
• Manage risk — oversee new loan requests, past dues, classified loans, non-accruals, overdrafts, and exceptions
• Be the face of the bank — represent the institution in community, civic, and business organizations
• Develop people — educate, mentor, and build a high-performing team culture

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• 10-20 years of relevant banking and management experience
• Strong regulatory and financial expertise within the banking industry
• Proven negotiation, underwriting, and credit analysis skills
• Demonstrated leadership within a matrix organizational structure
• The gravitas to communicate complex financial concepts to senior leadership and the board
