    One of Airetel Staffing's valued clients is looking for a Market President located in Waco, TX.

    Job Description
    Job Title: Market President - All Levels
    Department: Branch Level
    Reports to: Regional President

    Purpose:
    While projecting a professional image; manages the day-to-day operational and lending functions of the branch. Interact with new and existing customers and match services that best fit their individual needs. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
    Exercise independent discretion and judgment in soliciting, negotiating, underwriting, coordinating, and management of new and existing client base of business including portfolio management. Has authority to make independent lending decisions on all bank loan products, within limits set forth by the Board of Directors. Provides consultation to clients and makes lending decisions on behalf of the bank in matters relating to financial significance.
    Actively seek new clients in addition to maintaining and servicing an existing client base of business including managing a loan portfolio.

    Essential Functions:
    • Ensure that customers are assisted promptly in person, by telephone, or electronically by meeting or exceeding Bank standards as identified in the Serve Like Family Playbook.
    • Plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of staff, including providing feedback and guidance regarding laws, policies and procedures both internally and externally.
    • Make credit decisions to approve or deny consumer chattel, consumer real estate, business aggregate and agricultural aggregate loan applications within Board approved limits.
    • Authority to approve exceptions to the established loan policy up to limits set forth by the Board of Directors.
    • Authority to approve various operational deposit items in excess of teller supervisor limits (up to approved limits), such as check approvals and cash items.
    • Authority to independently approve customer overdrafts within Board approved limits.
    • Open new accounts (including loan and/or deposit), update customer files, or close accounts.
    • Make credit decisions to approve or deny loan applications.
    • Manage all aspects of the assigned loan portfolio to meet or exceed the established ratio.
    • Maintain annual loan charge offs to meet or exceed the established ratio.
    • Meet accuracy and correctness of work standards according to established policies and procedures.
    • Meet or exceed annual cross-sell requirements.
    • Contribute to branch deposit growth and branch profitability annual goals.
    • Resolve customer complaints or ensure that the complaint is referred to the appropriate individual for resolution.
    • Verify and ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
    • Represent the Bank at various bank sponsored events, both during regular banking hours or evenings and/or weekends.
    • Other duties, as assigned.

    Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, minimum 3.0 overall GPA required
    • Typically requires 10 or more years of related work experience and the knowledge, skills and ability to perform the essential requirements of the job
    • Register and maintain registry with the nationwide mortgage lending system
    • Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.

    • Knowledge of HR practices in recruitment, training, compensation, labor relations, and HR systems
    • Assist in efforts to plan, allocate, and monitor funds to ensure sound financial management and alignment with organizational goals
    • Communicate with customers or employees to disseminate information
    • Demonstrated knowledge of all regulatory and compliance requirements and the ability to explain rules, policies, or regulations. Exercise sound judgment with compliance and risk-related matters
    • Demonstrate proficiency with various accounting and financial software
    • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

    • Work indoors in a climate-controlled environment
