The Villas at Riverwalk – Beautiful Camp Verde, Arizona
Celtic Property Management is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Lease-Up Community Manager to lead the successful launch and stabilization of our brand-new 178 Unit Built to Rent (BTR) Class A luxury market-rate community, The Villas at Riverwalk.

What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead all phases of lease-up from pre-leasing to stabilization
✔ Drive aggressive marketing and occupancy strategies
✔ Hire, train, and lead onsite leasing and maintenance teams
✔ Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting
✔ Maintain full Fair Housing and regulatory compliance
✔ Deliver an exceptional resident experience from day one
This role requires flexibility lease-ups demand energy, urgency, and extended hours when needed. Evenings and weekends will be required during peak lease-up phases.
Location Requirement:
This is a fully on-site position. Candidates must already reside in Camp Verde, AZ or nearby surrounding communities, or be prepared to relocate to Camp Verde prior to the lease-up launch. On-site leadership presence is essential to the success of this community.

Ideal Candidate:
• 2–3+ years managing market-rate multifamily properties
• Proven lease-up experience (required)
• Experience managing luxury rentals
• Strong team leadership and performance management skills
• Yardi and RentCafe experience preferred
• Ready to commit to an on-site leadership role
