Team Red Dog is hiring a Market Research Analyst for our client, a data and analytics innovator and Fortune 100 technology leader. This role offers the opportunity to own end-to-end execution of quantitative market research projects, including survey design, Qualtrics programming, data analysis, crosstab development, and insight reporting that directly informs business decisions. You'll work across a variety of B2B and consumer research initiatives, transforming complex survey data into clear, actionable recommendations while collaborating with experienced researchers in a fast-paced technology environment. Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  1. End-to-end survey design and programming using Qualtrics, Decipher, or similar platforms, including survey logic, piping, randomization, testing, and quality assurance.
  2. Quantitative data analysis utilizing SPSS, R, or comparable statistical software to clean datasets, perform analysis, identify trends, and validate research findings.
  3. Advanced Excel and crosstab development for data preparation, pivot tables, coding, recoding, variable management, and structured reporting aligned to business objectives.
  4. Market research reporting and project management with experience translating research findings into executive-ready presentations while independently managing multiple project timelines.

 

Opportunity Overview:

Join a collaborative research team responsible for delivering high-quality quantitative market research that influences strategic business decisions across both B2B and consumer experiences. This role provides end-to-end ownership of research execution—from questionnaire development and survey programming through statistical analysis and final reporting—while offering exposure to a wide variety of research methodologies. You'll gain valuable experience building advanced research skills, partnering closely with stakeholders, and making a measurable impact on research quality, efficiency, and business outcomes within a leading technology organization.

How you will make an impact:

  • Draft, refine, and program quantitative surveys using Qualtrics, Decipher, or similar survey platforms.
  • Apply survey design best practices to improve question quality, logical flow, and respondent experience.
  • Perform thorough QA testing of programmed surveys, including logic, branching, piping, and randomization.
  • Clean, validate, code, and prepare large survey datasets for analysis.
  • Develop structured crosstabs aligned with research objectives and business questions.
  • Analyze survey data using descriptive statistics and basic analytical techniques within SPSS, R, or similar tools.
  • Identify trends, meaningful differences, anomalies, and actionable insights from quantitative research.
  • Create executive-ready PowerPoint and Word reports with clear charts, tables, and business recommendations.
  • Manage multiple research projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and proactively communicating project status and risks.
  • Partner with stakeholders and senior researchers to ensure research outputs align with business goals and decision-making needs.

The expertise you bring:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, marketing analytics, or a related analytical field.
  • Hands-on experience with survey programming platforms such as Qualtrics or Decipher.
  • Experience designing survey questionnaires and applying sound survey methodology principles.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, crosstabs, and large dataset management.
  • Experience using SPSS, R, or similar statistical analysis software.
  • Experience analyzing large-scale quantitative survey datasets.
  • Ability to create polished research reports, visualizations, and presentations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Must complete the required skills assessment prior to the interview process.
