About the Role


Advanced Facility Solutions is looking for a dynamic Marketer to help grow our business through authentic relationships and consistent outreach.

You’ll be the key connection between our company and property managers, facility owners, and regional teams — identifying opportunities, creating value, and helping clients see why AFS is their go-to partner for maintenance and restoration solutions.

What You’ll Do

Relationship Building & Outreach

  • Conduct 8–12 property visits and 5–10 follow-up calls daily.
  • Build rapport using the FORD method (Family, Occupation, Recreation, Dreams).
  • Maintain consistent communication through emails, calls, and site visits.

Client Engagement & Growth

  • Host 4+ Lunch & Learns, meet-and-greets, or small events per month.
  • Attend industry gatherings, networking events, and AFS-sponsored functions.
  • Identify client pain points, upcoming budgets, and opportunities for service.
  • Confidently and ethically ask for the business when appropriate.

Sales & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: total sales, maintenance sales, and new opportunities (quarterly goals).
  • Enter all client data and visit notes into the CRM (ALN or Xcelerate).
  • Prepare monthly recap reports summarizing wins, challenges, and next targets.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or property services marketing.
  • Strong communication and follow-up habits.
  • Professional presentation and punctuality.
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Comfortable with daily travel between properties.
