Marketing Account Manager

Empath Health is seeking a Marketing Account Manager to serve as the dedicated account lead and primary liaison for the Empath Philanthropy Division and its Foundations, managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating marketing and communications support through our shared services model.

In this role, you will own internal account relationships with organizational leaders and their teams. As their single point of contact, you will gather business objectives, scope project requirements, coordinate resources and ensure your accounts receive effective marketing and communications support that advances Empath Health's mission and brand.

Hybrid - reside near one of these areas: Sarasota, Ocala, West Palm,Pinellas, Hillsborouh, Manatee, Palm Beach or Broward Counties

What you'll Do

• Own all stakeholder relationships and communications for the Empath Foundations, building trusted partnerships with business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and marketing needs.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to a Marketing Account Specialist.
• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, and resource availability based on shared services capacity.
• Provide regular project updates to account stakeholders throughout the execution process.
• Act as the advocate for your accounts, representing their needs during resource allocation and prioritization discussions.
• Translate business objectives into fully scoped marketing project requests, including objectives, target audiences, key messages, channels, deliverables, and desired timelines.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 3-7+ years of experience in account management, client services, stakeholder relations, or marketing coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and serve as primary point of contact for business partners.
• Strong project scoping and brief-writing skills, with ability to translate business needs into actionable marketing requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage expectations and navigate competing priorities diplomatically.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Collaborative team player who works effectively within a shared services model and respects established workflows.
• Experience with CRM platforms, project management tools, and marketing analytics systems.
