    Description

    The Marketing Administrative Assistant is responsible group administrative tasks, mainly focused on quote submittal, order entry and audit. In general, a dynamic individual serving as data entry, analytics and administrative task support for the group, keeping in mind on time delivery and customer satisfaction. This will be a versatile position may be called upon to assist in areas departmental overflow during periods of heavy business influx.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Entering orders into ERP system. Verifying that provided audit check list matches PO received.
    • PO audits in support of the department.
    • Input of Quotes into Costing. Updating Costing Quote log. Sending out approved formal quotes.
    • Coordination of customer service surveys, working to collect appropriate responses while being mindful of customer requirement dates and deadlines.
    • Responsible for scanning both departmental paper files as well as upkeep of customer service shared network files.
    • Assist in running and posting the daily backlog and shipment reports.
    • This position may require overtime for coverage on alternate shifts and weekends.
    • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Associate's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience required.
    • Knowledge of aerospace/defense customers and product offering desirable.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office
    • Must have great organization skills, the ability to manage critical tasks independently and work in collaboration with others are necessary.
    • Maintain positive working relationship with team members.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others in a fast-paced work environment.
