Marketing & Administrative Coordinator

The Marketing & Administrative Coordinator keeps Clear Aligns marketing, business development, and executive operations organized and moving forward. As a digital-native professional, youll provide administrative support to leadership, coordinate marketing activities, maintain customer and CRM data, support trade shows and customer events, and help improve productivity through AI and modern digital tools.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, learning new technology, and helping a growing defense company build stronger customer relationships.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities (What Success Looks Like)

  • Keep executive operations running smoothly by managing calendars, travel, expense reports, customer visits, meeting logistics, and day-to-day administrative priorities.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM data by entering contacts, logging customer interactions, creating reports, and helping the sales team track opportunities and customer activity.
  • Coordinate trade shows, customer events, and marketing campaigns, including booth logistics, schedules, promotional materials, and product demonstration planning with engineering.
  • Manage Clear Aligns website, SEO, LinkedIn, and other digital channels while tracking analytics to improve website traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Prepare professional proposals, presentations, pricing spreadsheets, competitive research, and other customer-facing business development materials.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and marketing processes using AI, automation, and modern productivity tools.
