Salary:

$50,000 - $65,000 + Benefits


We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support proposal development, business development tracking, and marketing operations within a professional services environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting and enjoys managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

+ Monitor bid opportunities and coordinate proposal activities

+ Format, edit, and proofread proposal documents

+ Maintain marketing materials, reference documents, and databases

+ Track industry events, certifications, and key deadlines

+ Manage CRM data and reporting

+ Support business development and marketing initiatives as needed

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience

+ 3+ years of marketing, proposal coordination, or related experience

+ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign

+ Excellent organization, proofreading, and attention to detail

+ Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently

Preferred

+ Experience with proposals, RFQs/RFPs, or public-sector procurement processes

+ Experience with CRM systems

+ Background in architecture, engineering, construction, or other professional services industries
