The Marketing Analyst is responsible for developingdata-informed marketing content and analyzing campaign performance to optimize engagement and results. This role blends creative content development with analytical insight, ensuring marketing initiatives are both compelling and effective. The ideal candidate is both strategic and analytical, capable of producing impactful content while using data to guide marketing decisions, improve campaign performance, and identify new opportunities for audience engagement.

Core Competencies:
Education and/or Experience:
3–5 years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or marketing analytics.
Experience developing data-driven marketing strategies.
Familiarity with marketing dashboards and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms).
Experience with marketing automation or CRM systems.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Math Ability:
Level 3: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel, Outlook), Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software, analytics software.
