We’re seeking a Marketing Analyst who can turn data into action. This role is responsible for analyzing marketing and sales performance, maintaining clean and reliable reporting systems, and identifying opportunities to improve lead generation, conversion, and overall marketing effectiveness.
This is not a passive reporting role. We’re looking for someone who is organized, analytical, technically capable, and proactive about identifying problems, improving processes, and helping the marketing team make smarter decisions.
This is a full-time, in-office position in Augusta, GA.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyze website, campaign, social media, SEO, and lead generation performance.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into marketing and sales performance.
Identify trends and insights that support smarter marketing decisions.
CRM & Marketing Systems
Maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, including contact organization, lifecycle stages, workflows, and reporting structure.
Support lead tracking, attribution, and funnel reporting across marketing and sales activities.
Identify and resolve data inconsistencies within marketing systems.
Website & Conversion Optimization
Analyze website traffic, landing page performance, and user behavior to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Support SEO tracking and optimization efforts.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve reporting accuracy, workflows, and operational efficiency.
Help implement systems and processes that improve organization and visibility across the department.
Experience with marketing analytics, CRM systems, or digital marketing reporting.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush/AHREFS, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
Comfort working across spreadsheets, dashboards, and marketing systems.
Understanding of SEO, lead generation, and digital marketing performance metrics.
Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to improve systems and processes independently.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
