Overview

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing professional to support the TV Product Marketing team in driving Samsung’s TV and accessories business. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating cross-functional initiatives, supporting sales and supply chain strategies, managing operational processes, and ensuring alignment across internal teams.

You will help maintain the operational rhythm of the business by supporting presentation development, forecasting activities, vendor coordination, administrative functions, and day-to-day project management support. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across departments, and has strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

Product Marketing & PMO Support

  • Support the TV Product Marketing team with operational coordination and project management activities.
  • Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and presentation, including SCM slides, QBR reviews, and business consolidation reports.
  • Help manage day-to-day priorities to ensure projects, deliverables, and timelines remain on track.
  • Support sales forecasting and strategic planning initiatives to drive business performance and profitability.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with integrated marketing, PR, sales, and supply chain teams to support product marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Coordinate development of marketing assets, promotional materials, and product-related communications.
  • Work across internal teams to support alignment on priorities, deliverables, and execution plans.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and maintaining communication across stakeholders.

Market Research & Business Analysis

  • Research and analyze competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and product positioning.
  • Support analysis of business developments and market share performance.
  • Gather and interpret data to support strategic business decisions and operational planning.
  • Track marketing and sales trends and provide analytical support to leadership.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Support administrative processes including contract execution, approval submissions, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with onboarding new vendors and distributors.
  • Serve as backup PM support managing ATS (available-to-sell) and aging inventory processes.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for operational activities.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
  • Build strong working relationships across functions and organizational levels.
  • Support collaboration between sales, supply chain, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Help drive accountability and follow-through across projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of related experience in product management, marketing coordination, PMO support, operations, or business analysis
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced business environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

Preferred

  • Experience supporting product marketing, supply chain, or consumer electronics organizations
  • Experience working with sales, SCM, marketing, or PR teams
  • Familiarity with forecasting, inventory management, or operational reporting
  • Experience coordinating vendor or contract-related activities
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy, pricing strategy, or product lifecycle support
