Marketing Analyst

Job Title: Marketing Analyst

Type: 12-Month Contract
Compensation: $27.00 - $33.00

Position Overview

System One is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation within our Commercial & Industrial business unit. This role will manage reporting requests, analyze data from Salesforce and other platforms, and create visual reports and dashboards for business stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage reporting intake requests and deliver data-driven insights
• Pull, organize, and analyze data from Salesforce and internal systems
• Create dashboards, reports, charts, and visualizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data
• Present reporting findings and modify reports based on feedback
• Support ad hoc analytics and operational projects

Requirements

• 2–6 years of analytics, reporting, or marketing operations experience
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts/graphs)
• Experience with reporting and dashboard creation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication, collaboration, and customer-service skills
• Self-starter who is adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity
• Salesforce reporting/dashboard experience (preferred)
• Power BI, Tableau, or Einstein Analytics experience (preferred)
• Utility industry experience (preferred)
• SQL knowledge is a plus
• Business or Marketing degree preferred
