Client is seeking a Marketing Assistant II to support its Commercial Demand Side Management (DSM) energy efficiency programs across multiple jurisdictions. This is an entry-level contract role ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in utilities, energy efficiency, and customer-focused programs. The role supports both internal stakeholders and external customers through marketing coordination, rebate processing support, and program communications.
Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities
- Support Commercial DSM programs across five jurisdictions.
- Update and maintain program and marketing materials.
- Review rebate requests for completeness and route them to the rebate processing team.
- Manage and monitor shared program inboxes.
- Operate within the Salesforce platform to review and manage assigned tasks from various internal teams.
- Coordinate with project team members to resolve missing documentation (e.g., invoices, forms).
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email and meetings.
- Attend weekly product team meetings to understand program priorities and execution paths.
Typical Work Environment

- Assigned mentor during ramp-up period with a single point of contact.
- Ramp-up and training period of approximately 1 2 months.
