Overview
System One is seeking a Marketing Analyst to support utility Demand Side Management (DSM) programs across multiple jurisdictions. The role focuses on operational support for commercial DSM initiatives, rebate processing coordination, and program documentation management. Responsibilities
Support utility Demand Side Management (DSM) programs across multiple jurisdictions, focusing on operational support for commercial DSM initiatives
Review rebate requests for accuracy and completeness, routing approved submissions to the rebate processing team
Update and maintain program marketing materials and documentation
Assist with general program operations and task coordination within Salesforce
Manage tasks in Salesforce, review work items, and identify missing documentation such as invoices and forms
Communicate with internal project team members via email and system notes
Respond to inquiries and manage shared program inboxes
Participate in weekly team meetings to align on priorities and execution plans
Support ongoing coordination of DSM program activities with internal stakeholders and external customers/vendors as needed
Requirements
Recent graduates encouraged; 0–3 years of experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required)
Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in energy, utilities, sustainability, or operations
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment with attention to detail and organizational skills
Problem-solving ability
Strong communication, accuracy, and accountability in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree required
