Our client, a Technology company, is looking for a Marketing Analyst (III) for their San Francisco, CA/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy that solves complex business challenges and addresses the needs of stakeholders across various functions, to drive incremental growth as a key contributor.
  • Suggest a clear picture of what it means to drive incremental growth and ensure alignment with that picture.
  • Drive the development of company-wide opportunities such as evaluating new market and product opportunities to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Drive responses to ad-hoc data and research requests, answering questions, and providing technical support and analysis to senior leaders.
  • Drive data-oriented analysis, architect metrics, synthesize information, solve problems, and influence business decision-making through insights and market trends.
  • Exercise sound judgment & take swift action to uphold our Core Values & Code of Conduct.
  • Champion and creating psychological safety on the team for multiple perspectives to thrive, being sensitive to cultural norms, expectations, and ways of communicating.
  • Actively mitigates one's own biases and flexes style to accommodate others while helping others to learn about new identities and cultures to expand their viewpoints and relationships.
