Description:
A global enterprise technology company is looking for a dynamic, data-driven Field Marketing Manager to join the North America Marketing team supporting the Finance & Spend Management Line of Business. In this role, you will be a key driver of demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth working at the intersection of marketing strategy and field execution. You will be responsible for tactical execution of marketing plan activities including data-driven marketing, inside marketing, direct and digital marketing, online events, and physical events. You will build and execute marketing plans that address all pipeline stages, drive locally relevant solution campaigns and events, ensure brand consistency and compliance, and manage end-to-end event architecture from pre-event planning through post-event analysis. You will embrace a data-driven approach to transform data into actionable insights, manage lead management activities in CRM systems, and build strong relationships with marketing, sales, and partner stakeholders.

Requirements for the role:
5+ years of marketing experience, with minimum 2 years in marketing execution
Experience in high tech industry, B2B Marketing
Experience working in a multinational company or matrixed organization
Recent regional and/or global field marketing experience
Background spanning multiple Lines of Business and/or Product Lines
Strong project management skills (small to medium-scale projects)
Data-driven and results-oriented mindset
Strong business acumen with understanding of both internal and customer business drivers
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm for innovative and creative marketing approaches
Experience with end-to-end event architecture including pre-event planning, sponsor relations, post-event analysis, lead routing, speaker coordination, and vendor management
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
5+ years of relevant marketing experience (with minimum 2 years in marketing execution)
Or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Sales experience
Experience with SAP solutions or similar enterprise technology
