Looking for a candidate with strong proof reading skills to assist our team in the creation of annual Client required Medicare Advantage Member Materials.
** Need experience in proofing/editing for accuracy.
** Comparing written material against sources of truth.
** Knowledge / experience of Healthcare plans or Medicare terminology preferred.
** Quality Assurance or Data Analysis background preferred

Must be able to efficiently proofread documents for extended periods of time. Precise attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to stay on task while working remotely on sometimes repetitive documents. Strong technical skills in Excel and the ability to learn our internal review software is required. The ideal candidate has analytical skills to quickly recognize inconsistencies in content and identify small variations between documents. General business acumen is a must. Experience in understanding/reading/analyzing health benefits is preferred.

Day in the life:
This position will independently conduct Quality Assurance reviews on Medicare member materials. The QA will consist of reviewing PDF documents alongside Source of Truth documentation to ensure accuracy of the materials. The materials include benefit information, cost-sharing, and explanations of how the plans work. We work on a timeline to get these documents accurate, verified, and mailed, so time and precision is of the essence.

**Top Required Skill Areas**

* Ability to proofread documents for **extended periods of time**
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Line by line comparison of materials vs. Source documentation
* Here’s a **much clearer, streamlined, and supplier ready version** of your content. I removed duplication, resolved contradictions (full time vs part time), tightened language, and organized it so suppliers can immediately understand **what this role is and what matters most**.
This is not light reviewing/proofing —it’s intensive, line by line QA.

2 Healthcare / Medicare Content Knowledge (Preferred)
* Experience with healthcare plans, Medicare, or health benefits terminology
* Ability to analyze benefit documentation and plan details
* Understanding the importance of compliance in regulated materials

3 Analytical & Quality Assurance Skillset
