    The Marketing Analyst plays an important role in supporting First American's Corporate Marketing team through the execution of marketing initiatives, content development, research, and administrative coordination. This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional looking to build broad exposure across multiple marketing disciplines while contributing to the success of strategic marketing programs.

    The Marketing Analyst will work closely with colleagues across Marketing and Sales to help develop, coordinate, and execute initiatives that enhance brand awareness, support business objectives, and strengthen audience engagement. Responsibilities include creating and managing marketing content for social media, digital channels, email campaigns, and earned media opportunities, as well as conducting competitive research, assisting with campaign execution, and supporting day-to-day marketing operations. This role, like all roles at First American, carries a high degree of responsibility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    The Analyst will lead or support projects including, but not limited to:

    • Social media content creation and scheduling

    • Graphic design and creative asset development

    • Earned media and public relations support

    • Digital content development and website updates

    • Email campaign configuration and deployment

    • Content writing and editing

    • Presentation development

    • Competitive and market research

    • Marketing reporting and analytics

    • Other operational support for the Corporate Marketing team

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

    • At least 2 years of marketing experience; internship or co-op experience will be considered

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for a variety of channels

    • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive communication style

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    • Ability to independently generate ideas and follow through on execution

    • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across teams

    • Interest in expanding knowledge of marketing tools, content creation, digital marketing, and analytics

    • Ability to leverage data and insights to support marketing goals and decision-making

    • Experience with Canva, Adobe InDesign, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and B2B marketing is a plus

    Compensation: $62,500 - $70,000, based on experience.
