We are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator to support initiatives aimed at acquiring new customers and improving engagement and retention of existing customers. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies by managing timelines, coordinating with creative teams, and maintaining compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute assigned marketing projects based on defined requirements
Validate and proof marketing materials to ensure they match approved content
Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure compliance
Manage timelines, track progress, and communicate milestones and risks to stakeholders
Review marketing copy against Source of Truth documents for Annual Enrollment Period
Maintain tracking spreadsheets and campaign metrics
Oversee campaigns involving third-party proofing agencies
Perform other duties as assigned
