Interns will work in conjunction withxa0experienced Papa John's team members and leadersxa0in specific departments, helping with day-to-day responsibilities, departmental projects, and attending weekly meetings.xa0In addition, interns are encouraged toxa0join inxa0company activities such as Town Halls and Employee Resource Group events. Interns will be partneredxa0with a directxa0manager and a mentor to ensure they have a team of support during their experience at Papa Johns.xa0At the end of the program/assignment, interns should expect toxa0review theirxa0experiencexa0with their manager, mentor, and other department leaders.xa0
Duties and Responsibilities:
Contribute to departmental projects and/orxa0task asxa0assigned.xa0
Rotate to different specializationsxa0with the department to gain exposure to multiple skills/projects.xa0
Engage in weekly/monthly departmental meetings; Network within assigned department as well as key cross-functional departments.xa0
Gain exposure to forecasting and basic financial modeling concepts through hands-on support.xa0
Check-in with your manager and mentor weekly for support and feedback;xa0Participatexa0in Better You, Better Us talent management discussions with your manager.xa0
