Job Description: We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing and Communication Coordinator to develop and implement marketing strategies that will enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating compelling content.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print.
Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and promotional materials.
Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and website.
Coordinate and promote events, special offers, and new services.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
Build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, and community partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing or communications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Experience with AI based tools is a plus.
