Marketing & Communications Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid/Flexible considered)
Schedule: Part-Time (approximately 20 hours per week)

TSS Associates Inc. is a leading manufacturers' representative agency serving New York and New England within the HVAC industry. We partner with top manufacturers and distributors to provide technical expertise, product training, and sales support. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing & Communications Coordinator to help elevate our brand and support our sales and training initiatives.


Position Summary


This role is responsible for creating and managing marketing materials, company branding, presentations, social media content, promotional campaigns, training communications, and digital media. The ideal candidate enjoys both creative design and project management and can bring consistency and professionalism to everything they produce.


Responsibilities

• Manage company social media accounts and maintain a content calendar.
• Design flyers, brochures, promotional materials, and trade show collateral.
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations and branded templates.
• Develop and maintain company-wide document and presentation templates.
• Produce marketing campaigns promoting trainings, product launches, and events.
• Create engaging videos using provided content and AI tools such as Synthesia.
• Edit sales, technical, and promotional videos.
• Support trade shows, counter days, customer events, and contractor trainings with marketing materials.
• Coordinate email campaigns and promotional communications.
• Work closely with the sales team to create customer-facing marketing materials.
• Help maintain a consistent company brand across all communications.
• Assist with recruiting materials, onboarding documents, and internal communications as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
• Strong design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience creating marketing materials and social media content.
• Video editing experience preferred.
• Experience with AI content tools is a plus.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
