Position Summary:
The Marketing and Events Assistant provides essential administrative and logistical support to Family Health Center of Worcester's marketing, communications, and fundraising activities. This role focuses on assisting with day-to-day tasks that help ensure smooth execution of marketing strategies, event coordination, and donor engagement efforts. Responsibilities include scheduling, data entry, maintaining records, preparing materials, and supporting general office operations related to marketing and events.

Ability to deal with sensitive information in a highly confidential manner.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with patients, families, visitors, co-workers, health care professionals, funders and other regulatory agencies.
Ability to function independently with minimal supervision, and to plan, coordinate, and carry out those tasks necessary to meet the job responsibilities.
Awareness of resources available within the health center to accommodate the needs of patients.

Processes personal health information in accordance with FHCW HIPAA policies and procedures.
