OverviewSteve Brown Apartments seeks an energetic, outgoing Marketing & Events Coordinator to support our marketing efforts and events in Madison.What You'll DoYou will plan resident and employee events, create social media content, coordinate photography and video projects, work with vendors, order signage and promotional materials, update online listings, and assist with marketing and leasing campaigns. You will attend resident events, gather content, coordinate giveaways and swag, support online reputation programs, and keep multiple marketing projects moving forward.What It TakesThe ideal candidate is outgoing, creative, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. You should build positive relationships with residents, staff, vendors, and community partners.QualificationsSocial media content creation for brandsEvent planning or coordinationCanva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud experiencePhotography and short‑form video creationProject coordination and vendor managementA bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant internships, leadership experience, event planning experience, or related professional experience will also be considered.Compensation & BenefitsStarting pay is approximately $24–$28 per hour, depending on experience, plus potential profit sharing.
