Purpose:
The Marketing & Events Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, drive revenue, and enhance the guest experience while overseeing the planning and execution of both resort programming and assigned group meetings and events. This role bridges creativity with operational excellence, ensuring that every guest touchpoint—from digital campaigns and signature activations to corporate meetings and social events—reflects the resort's luxury coastal identity.
Serving as the primary liaison between clients and hotel departments for assigned groups, this individual ensures seamless communication, operational alignment, and exceptional service delivery while meeting contractual, financial, and brand standards. The ideal candidate is equal parts marketer, storyteller, event producer, and project manager with a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences that inspire guests to return year after year.
