Marketing and Sales Associate – Entry Level

Synergize is seeking a motivated, outgoing individual to join our growing team. We partner with nonprofit organizations to create awareness, engage communities, and support fundraising campaigns.

No marketing or sales experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and mentorship from day one.

What You'll Do

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach locations
• Talk with members of the public and build meaningful connections
• Educate people about nonprofit missions and campaigns
• Support fundraising and awareness efforts
• Work as part of a positive, team-oriented environment
• Develop valuable communication, sales, marketing, and leadership skills
