Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

The Marketing & Sales Enablement Intern, Clarion Solutions, plays a key role in supporting the execution of Clarion Solutions' marketing strategy and sales growth initiatives. This position is responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives like social media and ad placement, internal and external communications, developing sales enablement resources, supporting training initiatives, and assisting with strategic partner relationships.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support execution of quarterly marketing plans and promotions.
  • Coordinate ad placements, project timelines, marketing calendars, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing assets across channels.
  • Coordinate development of customer-facing email communications and internal sales communications.
  • Create, schedule, and publish social media content across company platforms
  • Maintain social media content calendar and posting schedule.
  • Coordinate with experts across the department to develop presentation decks, service key messaging and other collateral.
  • Support strategic partner and sponsorship relationships by processing invoices and coordinating speakers.
  • Conduct audits of marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets to ensure brand consistency.
  • Support rebranding and brand implementation projects.
  • Complies with all policies and standards to support the efficient operations of the department and company.
  • Effectively communicates (reads, writes, and speaks) English.
  • Performs other duties as assigned,

  • Must be currently enrolled at time of internship in an undergraduate or graduate program majoring in Business, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Ability to work up to 16 hours per week
  • Ability to work onsite as needed in Pittston, PA
