Our client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Marketing Assistant/Analyst 3 for their Woodland Hills, CA /Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • The Member Marketing team is focused on increasing member engagement and satisfaction by educating members about their benefits, encouraging utilization and reminding them to actively participate in their health journey, while creating loyalty and enhancing the member experience.
  • In this role you will support the Relay Network (Member Health Newsfeed) platform.
  • Work on LOB launch - the calendar, work cross functionally with business on new LOB launch (especially with commercial)
  • Work closely with campaign managers on special handling groups and getting approval for content
  • Be the advocate for campaign processes and guidelines with the creative team and cross functional teams
  • Help PM the Relay cards – build it in the CX Builder, ensure all special handling approvals have been met, all necessary data is available and ready to use, ensure SP version is available, CTA word count is within character limit and graphic is under 1MB
  • Update the performance deck with Relay cards and KPIs
  • Lead the Relay calendar call and support the calendar
  • Review data files for accuracy
