As a Marketing Assistant, you'll support the marketing team with various administrative, content-creation, and software management tasks. You'll work closely with team members to ensure content is current, engaging, and effectively distributed, helping shape the companys marketing presence daily.
What You'll Do
As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing Office 365 applications for daily communication and task management
- Editing and updating website content within WordPress
- Formatting and scheduling content posts using email marketing platforms like Constant Contact and HubSpot
- Supporting content creation and social media efforts
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Email, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience editing and updating content within WordPress
